“ I recently started working at a bank in the area and I decided I wanted to give them another try on a cold rainy night Chinese food sounded like a perfect cure for my blah mood. I called them placed my order. I was shocked at the price of 2195 for shrimp with broccoli but I figured it's definitely the area and I've been around bagging my lunch every single day so I figured why not treat myself. OK, so I'm gonna say the negative just to get it done and out-of-the-way because there was only one thing when I went to check my order in the car which I should've done in the restaurant I noticed that the lid was not on properly and a lot of the sauce had come out into the bag But they still was enough on it so I set off on my way home. As soon as I got in, I ripped that bag open because I was starving. I have to say I was pretty shocked by the size and the quantity of the shrimp. Most places only give you a few shrimps six if you're lucky and they're usually the smaller ones these were beautiful, big plump shrimp with a ton of fresh broccoli I cannot believe how good this food is. The shrimp were fresh and cooked too perfection. The broccoli was crisp and delicious. Even though I at first was shocked at the price I would pay it again now that I see the quality of the food. I'm so glad that I went back after all this time ”
“ Everything was great! Staff was very attentive, the ambiance was so relaxing. We had lunch on a weekday so it wasn't full at all. Food was delicious and portions were very generous. I can't wait to come back again and try the rest of the menu. We had chicken & broccoli and vegetable fried rice. Lunch specials come with a choice of soup and rice. ”
“ My new favorite for Chinese! Totally looking forward to the new dumpling area for hand made dumplings! ”
“ Great service , ambience and most importantly food !! Been looking for a great Chinese restaurant for a long time. Recommend it highly!! ”
“ Great food and nice ambiance for a Chinese restaurant. Owner gave us solid recommendation for a Whole snapper special which wasn't on the menu. ”
“ Go here for good Chinese food and green tea icecream. For dining in - They start you off with the traditional fried noodles with duck sauce and spicy mustard. Chicken is all white meat. Kids loved the fried shrimp toast. The first waitress couldn't explain what it was but she phones a friend and the kids were sold. Good lomein, fried rice and sesame chicken. I don't think I'd get the Szechuan chicken at the same time as the sesame because they are very similar but I liked the seasame a bit better. White table cloths red cloth napkins and ambient lighting gave me a chinese new year vibe. I had a bit of sticker shock at the price. $160 for 3 for Chinese yikes! ”
“ This is by far the best Chinese food you're going to find in the state of New Jersey. Fresh tasty delicious food is served here and piping hot even after a 20 minute drive home. Never greasy, never overwhelming sauces and an abundance of food. Go with the lodge you'll be eating it for days and it'll taste even better. Make sure you order ahead of time and you'll know why when you walk in to grab your takeout. Busy, busy, busy good good good. Comfortable dining room and the staff extremely friendly and well well worth it. You won't regret stopping here. ”
“ We had a fabulous dining experience here! The service is absolutely top tier and the food is very good. Ambiance is also lovely. We were seated right away and when we mentioned that we were on the way to Newark with a train to catch, they expedited our order and brought our food out in minutes. Even with the speed, everything was delicious and fresh. One member of our party has celiac and they did an amazing job accomodating her gluten free needs. Everyone left full and happy and we were in and out quickly. I highly recommend! ”
“ Our host, Bill, was excellent in describing this evening's special appetizers and entrees - thoroughly knowledgeable about their cooking process, ingredients and customer preferences. You can tell this spot enjoys a lot of repeat business and listens to what their patrons want on a regular basis. We started with the cold noodles in sesame sauce, an ambitious soup dumpling with some pork and chives (special tonight), and salt and pepper squid. Of the three, the cold noodles were excellent; the dumplings were interesting (not enough soup inside due to the pork and chive crowding the soup experience a bit) and the squid was fresh but a bit rubbery. Not bad overall. As for entrees, we shared the Crispy Large Shrimp with Honey and Walnuts (excellent special - shrimp were huge!) and their Sesame Chicken, and Shrimp and Garlic. All three entrees were great together! The sesame chicken entree was enormous! These three entrees combined were definitely enough food for the 4 of us to share. Place is BYOB. They placed our white wine on ice for us and all was good! Nice spot in a Wyckoff strip mall. Super friendly and, as mentioned, knowledgeable staff! We'll be back! ”
